Jamie is a bilingual Mexican American Bruja born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Oak Park, California. She was raised Catholic and converted to Christianity at the age of 22. After 14 years of living as a Christian, and after feeling like there was more to life (and the Universe) than organized religion, she followed her heart and disembarked on the Wiccan path 6 years ago. She discovered that being a Bruja is in her lineage on both her mother and father’s sides of the family. She has a full-time job as a Consultant and has worked in the Healthcare and Welfare industry for 19 years, helping others.

Although Jamie’s religious path is new, her gifts are not. She’s an Empath which allows her to sense and feel emotions as if they were part of her own experience, a Dreamworker – who is a person who studies the formation of dreams and then analyzes and interprets them – this also allows her to communicate with her Spirit Guides for information and answers, and a Lightworker which means she feels an enormous pull towards helping others. She’s intuitive and driven by her internal guidance. Jamie can also read auras, the unseen spiritual energy field that surrounds all living things; this allows her to see and feel your emotional, mental, astral, etheric, and celestial aura planes.

It’s the combination of her upbringing and newfound path that landed her on this spiritual journey and unlocked doors to gifts she didn’t know she had. Jamie is a Clairsentient, which means she can acquire knowledge by means of feeling energy around her, and Claircognizant which means she can acquire psychic knowledge without knowing how or why she knew it.

An Empath, an Aura Reader, and a Clairsentient all have one thing in common: The ability to feel and see energy on different spiritual levels. Naturally, this led Jamie to obtain a certification for Reiki Master. She’s now certified to practice Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, Distance Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Pet Reiki. Helping others is her passion, and as she continues to explore ways to help others on their spiritual journey, Jamie’s door – and heart – are always open.
